User Agreement

1. Introduction

Welcome to use Easy Go China Limited. XXAPP ("application"), before you use the services provided by the program (specific form including but not limited to your obtain and use data query, sightseeing advice, also include the future increase or improve the existing services of any new functions), please be sure to read and understand this agreement. Before using this application, you should carefully read all the terms, rules and contents of this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"), confirm that all the terms, rules and contents of this Agreement are known, understood and accepted, and have agreed to use them as the basis for determining the rights and obligations of both parties. If you use the services provided by this application, you shall be deemed to have read and entered into an agreement with this procedure and voluntarily accept all the terms, rules and contents of this Agreement. This agreement is the actual operator of the application Easy Go China Limited. 2. Qualification

The app is available to users aged 18 and older.

3. Services Provided

The app offers self-help tours and culture, food and sightseeing advice. These are for reference only, and may not always be accurate, complete, or up-to-date.

4. User Responsibilities

• When using the services provided by the application, the user must comply with the relevant national laws and regulations, the provisions of this Agreement and the application service rules, and bear all civil, administrative, or criminal legal liabilities or other adverse consequences caused by your unreasonable or illegal behavior.
• If you use the services provided by the application, you violate the laws, regulations, rules or regulatory documents, or use the application against the legitimate rights and interests of the third party, or violate the lawful rights of the third party, resulting in any compensation, compensation, or fine, you shall compensate all losses suffered by the Easy Go China Limited(to avoid doubt, including indirect losses).
• You may not sell for profit the service information obtained or the service itself to a third party. Otherwise, Oriental Culture & Technology Co., Ltd. shall have the right to stop providing services to you, and you shall pay liquidated damages equivalent to your benefits obtained from the aforementioned actions and fully compensate Oriental Culture & Technology Co., Ltd. for the losses suffered thereby.
• When you use the application services, related equipment (such as personal computer, mobile phone, and other access to the Internet or mobile network device) and the required fees (such as access to the Internet telephone and Internet fees, pay for the use of mobile network and mobile phone) shall be borne by you.

5. Data and Privacy

Easy Go China Limited. attaches great importance to the protection of users' personal information in accordance with the law. We will collect, use, store and share your personal information in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. If there is no clear provision on the relevant contents of personal information protection in this Agreement, the contents of the Privacy Policy shall prevail.

6. Intellectual property rights

• Unless the Easy Go China Limited., all technology, software, programs, data and other information, including but not limited to text, images, charts, layout design, electronic documents of all intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyright, trademark rights, patent rights, trade secrets) and related rights, all the Easy Go China Limited.
• Without the written authorization of Easy Go China Limited., no person (including but not limited to: grab, copy, spread, display, mirror, download, through unreasonable or illegal way) data, information and data, or through improper way to affect the normal service of the application, no one shall automatically obtain the data of the application by the software program. Otherwise, Easy Go China Limited. will be investigated for legal responsibility according to law.

7. Guarantee of the disclaimer

• The Application shall not be liable for any damages to any third party caused by the improper use of the Application Services or transactions in accordance with the information provided by the Application.

8. Change of agreement

After the terms of this Agreement are amended, if you continue to use this Application service, you will be deemed to have accepted the modified Agreement. 9. Termination

If you breach this Agreement or for other legal reasons, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to this application at any time.

10. Governing Law

The establishment, entry, force, performance, interpretation and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall apply to different provisions of the legal requirements of a specific country or region.

EU User: Compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

American users: comply with the requirements of the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
